types of debt instruments.An independent broker who has access to several different funding sources across the country will contact the funding sources and negotiate the best deal possible for you, then present it to you or will connect you with the funding source so that you can negotiate the deal yourself (depending on the type of payment stream you have). Again, depending on the nature of your payment stream, you may or may not have to supply either the broker or the funding source with some paper work. But, remember that making the deal is not dependent on your credit history or financial status. The person making the payments is the one whose credit history and financial status will be of interest to the funding source.
